As we continue our rapid growth, we’re looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager to bring our brand to life online and connect with the next generation of athletes and fans.
The Role:
This is a creative, hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social media, sport, and storytelling. You’ll be responsible for creating content that drives engagement, managing our online communities, and working with both internal and external teams to deliver impactful campaigns across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, high-quality content (photo, video and copy) for all social media platforms.
- Manage a content calendar and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
- Collaborate with our Graphics Team on visuals and branding.
- Work with external partners on paid ads, email campaigns, and digital promotions.
- Engage with our online community — responding to messages, comments, and fostering strong relationships with athletes, clubs, and fans.
- Track performance, provide weekly reports, and optimise content for growth and conversions.
- Spot trends and opportunities to keep Bourke Sports fresh and relevant.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone creative with a passion for social media and sport.
- 2+ years’ experience in social media management or digital content creation.
- Comfortable with creating reels and video content.
- Strong skills in copywriting, video editing, and digital storytelling.
- Knowledge of paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and email marketing platforms.
- Comfortable with content planning and scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite and Monday.com.
Remuneration:
- Salary will be determined by candidates experience and suitability. Attractive remuneration package that reflects the experience, abilities and track record of the suitable candidate and will include competitive salary.
