Contracts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of contract execution from tender award to project completion
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective contract delivery
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, programme requirements, and quality standards
• Manage Health and Safety requirements for contracts
• Drive a culture of safety through the implementation of safe working practices
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and performance, identifying and resolving any issues
• Manage the resourcing of the project and ensure it has the right level of competences, commitment, and motivation, by developing, retaining, and further identifying future talent required across projects and locations
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations and resolve disputes as needed
• Provide support during the tender process, including contractual and programme input
• Maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation for all assigned projects pre, during and post

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €45,004.46-€97,051.04 per year
