We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Service and Valeting Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing appointments, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You’ll play a key role in helping the company provide top-tier vehicle valeting services while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude and ensure they feel welcome.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist customers with scheduling appointments for vehicle valeting services.
- Maintain an organized booking system and keep track of customer appointments.
- Process customer payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
- Coordinate with the valeting team to ensure timely service delivery and smooth transitions between stages of service.
- Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Ensure that all customer details and service requests are logged accurately in the system.
- Assist in monitoring the quality of the work being performed and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., receptionist, front desk, retail).
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple phone calls, emails, and customer requests.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with customers quickly.
