SK9 are actively working on a Customer Delivery Manager vacancy with a growing SaaS company based in Limerick with interviews happening ASAP for suitable candidates.
This is a critical role which will see the successful candidate being responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and ongoing delivery of the company's software solutions to clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. This role requires strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of the SaaS product and its application to client needs.
The varied range of responsibilities Include:
Client Onboarding and Implementation:
Managing the process of onboarding new clients, including project management, technical coordination, training, and communication plans.
Project Management:
Overseeing the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Communication:
Effectively communicating with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders regarding project status, timelines, and action items.
Performance Monitoring:
Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, product usage, and project delivery.
Issue Resolution:
Identifying and addressing any technical or support issues that clients may experience.
Product Expertise:
Developing a deep understanding of the SaaS product and its capabilities, and being able to communicate its value to clients.
Continuous Improvement:
Identifying opportunities to improve the delivery process, enhance the product, and increase client value.
You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer care teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer success.
What you’ll need to be considered suitable:
- 5+ years of experience in customer delivery, project management, or customer success within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS implementation processes, including data migration, integrations, and user training.
- Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Monday.com, Asana).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Experience in change management and driving customer adoption of SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
