Junction 14 Mayfield are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a Full Time basis.
If you have a bright bubbly personality and excellent interpersonal skills, then this might be the perfect position for you.
You would be a direct point for contact for every customer who comes through our doors.
We take the voice of the customer very seriously, and are always looking to improve our services.
It is integral to our business that we have feedback from our customers and you would be in constant contact with the different departments and managers to provide essential information towards improving Processes, Procedures and most importantly, our Customer Service.
We want to know how well we are doing and where we could do better. You will work closely with management to ensure customers queries/complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
You role will be to interact with all our customers, help them with any enquiries, assist them with queries, direct them to our facilities and ask them about their experience on Site.

Education, Skills & Experience
- At least 2 year's customer service experience in a busy Customer facing/FOH role
- A basic understanding of the Products and Services we provide
- Excellent communication, and organisational skills
- Experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Be a Team player
