Customer Service Associate

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Representing our brand’s values and attitude—friendly, positive, and always ready to help.
- Using Zendesk to chat with customers via email, live chat, and phone, keeping everything organised and making sure no one’s left hanging.
- Helping customers with orders, returns, product questions, and general support.
- Logging all interactions in Zendesk so the whole team stays in the loop.
- Spotting common questions or issues and sharing feedback with the team to help us get even better.
- Jumping in to help with other tasks, admin, content, or team projects whenever needed.
- Keeping up the good vibes, even when things get busy.
- Working closely with the rest of the team to make sure every customer has a top-tier experience.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Friendly, patient, and positive attitude, you love making people’s day better.
- Great communication skills (written and spoken), you can explain things simply and clearly.
- Comfortable using computers and happy to learn new systems (Zendesk experience is a bonus, but we’ll teach you!).
- Organised, reliable, and able to juggle a few things at once.
- Team player, ready to support your mates and celebrate wins together.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not a must.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
