Customer Care Assistant – Key Responsibilities
- Customer Communication
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about our services, product ranges, warranties, and showroom appointments.
- Ensure all interactions reflect our commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with project managers to ensure seamless customer handovers.
- Aftercare Support
- Handle post-installation queries or concerns professionally and promptly.
- Organise service visits or issue resolutions in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Manage and track warranty requests, especially those under our standard 3-year guarantee.
- Customer Feedback & Experience
- Follow up on completed projects to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Log and report common issues or suggestions to improve service.
- Encourage online reviews and testimonials.
- Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate customer records using our internal systems.
- File project-related documentation, warranty information, and communication logs.
- Team Coordination
- Support project managers with updates and customer liaison.
- Relay customer concerns to the appropriate internal departments efficiently.
- Attend regular team meetings to discuss customer service improvements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €26,085.71-€32,061.50 per year
