We are looking for a Customer Service and Administration person with experience in dealing with customers and administration. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, organised with strong attention to detail.
The Role
Will be office based at our offices in Santry
- Answer calls/emails, dealing with customer queries, questions and complaints
- Provide information on our services and products
- Process customer bookings on our computer system
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Daily office and administration duties such as data entry, completing route paperwork, reporting, scanning
- Work with other departments as required
- Assisting with adhoc projects as they arise
Experience
- At least 2 years experience in a busy customer service focused environment
- Experience in waste industry an advantage (not essential)
Skills
- Literacy in computer operating systems and applications such as MS Office Suite Products (e.g. Windows, Word, Excel)
- Customer service focused
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Excellent communication, fluent English
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadline/self-starter and work on own initiative
- Team player, flexible
Salary depending on experience
