Customer Service Representative (On-site)

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Internal Sales Team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The role is based in our office in Clondalkin and is part of a team of two who reports to the Sales & NPD manager.
The working hours are: Monday to Thursday: 08:30-17:00 and Friday: 8:30-15:45.
Key responsibilities:
· Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls.
· Contribute to sales in line with company objectives and budgets.
· Work closely with the Sales & NPD Manager, the field sales team and cross-functional teams to align activities with business development goals.
· Process sales orders using Microsoft Business Central.
· Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships through consistent communication and support.
· Assist with customer order queries, working with 3rd party providers i.e. transport hauliers
· Greet visitors to the premises.
· Organize files and update the customer database.
· Any other duties as required.
Requirements/Qualifications:
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
· Professional telephone manner and an ability to handle inbound and outbound calls.
· Fluency in English language, both written and spoken.
· Good IT skills i.e. Excel
· Positive attitude with a friendly, polite manner.
· Organised.
· Flexible.
· Team player.
· Previous experience in a similar role will be considered as an advantage.
· Previous experience with corporate wide IT systems will be considered as an advantage.
