We are looking for people that have worked in a busy Customs Clearance Office, completing IE, GB and EU Imports Exports, SSDs, Transits.
You will have worked to support Road freight movements IE - GB - EU with some experience with LOLO / AirFreight / DeepSea etc.
You will have worked with dedicated software systems, to complete customs requests and will be familiar with the various issues that can occur that need interventions to correct.
You will know how to collect and share the relevant documents (MRNS, TADS etc)
You will know how to liase with your teams on goods.
You will be an expert with supporting customers on their customs journey, being a problem solver with issues with Commodity codes, Customs tariffs / valuations / invoicing and collection of Vat, Duty and Fees.
You must have at least 2 years experience with customs and can display a working knowledge of the subject.
As the aptitude tests for the role will require you to demonstrate filing, all the main declaration types and stating the common problems that occur with each filing type to be successful.
The role will be to support new clients as they onboard and utilise our customs software and will allow for expansion and career progression within our organisation.
The salary range, is pitched to 2 years experienced people, however if you like the sound of the role and you have more to give, we will be open to discussion, with high marking aptitude tests and more experience.
