In April 2022, Obelisk was acquired by Constructel Visabeira, a Portuguese telecommunications and energy service provider with a turnover in the region of €1.5bn per annum, operating across mainland Europe and in the US.

The Data Analyst - Sitetracker will build and test new forms on Sitetracker to meet our business and customer requirements. This includes data gathering and analysis of customer data, build of Asset Management and Customer Portal proof of concepts.

Build and test new forms on Sitetracker to meet user needs.

Evaluate and test software to improve business operations and meet user needs.

Data analysis and testing of various data imports.

Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing technology.

When requested, develop, and maintain knowledge base articles, videos, user guides, and other training materials to support users.

Make recommendations for improvements.

Third level qualification in computing or related professional qualifications.

Telecoms/Obelisk processes an advantage.

Sitetracker experience.

Familiarity with software development methodologies and software testing. (desirable)

Excellent organisational and time management skills
