This person will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate data input, manipulation, verification, and analysis of Master Data in the ERP System. Strong focus also on verifying costs and margins. Adherence to processes, procedures, and standard data conventions. You will be an active team member, ensuring that all work is complete according to daily work schedules and that all information received is communicated to the right people in a timely manner.
The Role
- Responsible to input, manipulate, check, verify, and edit Master Data (Food and Non Food items) in a Computer System called QAD for specific Airlines timely and accurately according to Airline requirements.
- Responsible to ensure ALL Specifications and Airline Information changes are followed and required Master Data is entered or amended in QAD timely to meet deadlines in compliance with naming conventions and standard processes and procedures.
- Ensuring Menu Cycle Changes are implemented in QAD effective from specific dates.
- Verify the quality and accuracy of data ensuring all QAD Labels/Production Sheets have correct Menu Information according to Airline Specifications.
- Ensuring the correct meal loading is followed based on the Percentage and Ratio List, also creating Ratio charts, based on Menu Specifications, all in line with Customer Requirements.
- You will be responsible for keeping Menu Amendments up to date in QAD System according to Airline requirements as they change frequently, and at short notice by completing comparison analysis and making master data changes.
- Ensuring accurate information is entered at the correct Levels within the data base as this will affect all Reports, Purchasing Orders, Warehouse, Customer Service, Production, Finances.
- Being able to fix any daily issues within QAD timely and accurately.
- Highlighting on-going issues to the Unit Manager, Account Managers and QAD Technical Team.
- Adhering to ALL legislation, company policy and customer requirements.
- To assist other members of the QAD team when required.

The Requirements
- Demonstrate previous experience in equivalent Data Base entry and maintenance.
- Extensive experience and demonstrated competence in application of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrates a methodical and organized approach.
- Highly conscientious and able to work on their own initiative.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced and complex environment.
- ERP or Database knowledge would be a distinct advantage.
- Authorised to work full time in Ireland
- Be whiling to be garda vetted and go through a 5 year background check
