About The Role
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Events set up and clean up- Prepare conference rooms and event spaces, including arranging furniture, equipment and décor to a high standard.
- Technical support- Assist guests with setting up IT equipment, sound systems and AV equipment, ensuring all technology runs smoothly.
- Guest assistance- Provide excellent customer service, including assisting guests with their luggage and answering any queries they may have.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of event spaces and public areas.
- Assisting with linen and other deliveries and maintaining storage areas.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure events run seamlessly and guest satisfaction is prioritized.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Available to work up to 5 days per week midweek & weekends all year.
- Customer focused with an eye for detail.
- Proficient with IT and previous experience.
- Ideally have experience working in a Hotel.
