The Role
To help the daily running of the full deli operation including, food to go, deli, hot food, and instore bakery. To work within our well trained team, to have a positive attitude to maximise sales, all whilst delivering excellent service to your customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cook, and serve hot and cold meals, maximising sales, and profit through an excellent customer experience.
- Manage and maintain standards in line with HACCP, food safety Including completion of food safety paperwork and documentation.
- Ensure stock loss is minimised for your areas by ensuring correct portion control, weighing, labelling, and pricing are adhered to, as well as wastage guidelines in place.
- Deliver and maintain exceptionally high standards within your areas.
