RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations of the deli counter, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Lead, train, and motivate deli staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and waste control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, Aramark
- Prepare and present deli products to a high standard.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a deli, food retail, or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for food and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards (training can be provided).
- A proactive problem solver with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Complete other reasonable duties assigned by your line manager from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the department.
