We are looking for an additional full time delivery driver to join our team and expanding business!
We offer domestic deliveries and also service a number of businesses and hotels throughout Dublin and surrounding areas with occasional out of Dublin weddings and events.
We are looking for someone who will take great care of our beautiful arrangements from packing and transport to delivery and ensure optimal customer satisfaction by greeting our customers in a professional, friendly manner. You must have great attention to details, Strong time management skills, Problem solving skills and be able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Full clean B license (2 years or more)
Aged 25+ (Due to insurance)
Have at least 2 years experience as a multi drop delivery driver
Good written and spoken English
Be eligible to work full time in Ireland
Good working knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas
Experience using a route planner app
Good communication skills
Be punctual, reliable and trustworthy
Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures and transportation laws.
Have the ability to walk, drive and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods of time.
Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and the customer is satisfied.
Experience in a customer facing role and be able to work well under pressure.
Retail experience, a creative flair and an interest in flowers and plants would be a bonus and upskill training can be provided when not on the road.
You will need to have safe parking for a van.
Ensuring necessary van safety checks are carried out regularly and that any work is carried out in a timely manner.
