Join our Growing Team as a Delivery Driver and Vending Machine Merchandiser
BDS Vending Solutions, now proudly part of Coca-Cola HBC (acquired March 2025), is expanding! We're looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as Delivery Drivers & Vending Machine Merchandisers.
Your new role will involve delivering pre-filled boxes and crates of stock to our nationwide team and key client sites. You will also play a crucial role in filing and servicing vending machines as you make your way back to our Dublin hub.
The roles involve 40 guaranteed hours per week, with the option of overtime. The set shift is Tuesday to Saturday (starting at 6:30am until 3pm (40 hours) ). These early starts mean you’ll finish up early in the afternoon, giving you more of your day back. Requirements:
- B Driving License: You must have a full, clean B Driving License.
- Communication Skills: Conversational English is a must. Your ability to connect with our customers is key.
- Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills are essential. Our customers count on you.
- Time Management: The ability to keep things moving efficiently with your excellent time management skills.

Your Responsibilities:
- Nationwide Deliveries: Take our stock far and wide, heading north, west, or south as needed.
- Vending Machine TLC: Fill, clean, merchandise, and rotate products in vending machines and wholesale customer accounts on your return route.
- Equipment Care: Ensure all equipment is in tip-top shape, neat, and clean.
- Professional Image: Present yourself in a neat and professional manner.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver superior customer service to all the accounts you service.
- Feedback Loop: Share any machine failures or issues with our customer service team, be it hard or soft.
- Quick Response: Address any stock, equipment, or customer service challenges that crop up during your day.
