Famous for our legendary atmosphere, live music, and endless flow of pints, we’re on the hunt for a Deputy General Manager to help us deliver an unbeatable guest experience every single night.

Durty Nelly’s is part of a growing pub company with five venues already open in Prague, giving our team plenty of opportunities to progress and grow within a dynamic, expanding business.
What you’ll do:
- Champion guest experience – be a visible, hands-on presence on the floor, making sure every customer feels welcome, looked after, and part of the Nelly’s atmosphere.
- Lead by example in delivering friendly, fast, and professional service — setting the tone for the whole team.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues with warmth and professionalism, always turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Support the General Manager in the smooth running of daily operations across the bar, floor, and late-night venue.
- Motivate, train, and develop our team so they’re equipped and excited to give guests a fantastic time.
- Oversee stock levels, supplier relationships, and ensure the venue is always prepared for a busy night.
- Coordinate shift scheduling, floor management, and staff deployment to maintain high standards even at peak hours.
- Step into full management responsibilities when required, keeping the venue running seamlessly.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced hospitality venue (bar, restaurant, or nightclub).
- A guest-first mindset — you thrive on creating great memories for people.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, able to energize a diverse team.
- Calm, confident, and solutions-focused under pressure.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and late nights.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, atmosphere, and the Irish pub spirit.
