- Manage the design team to deliver high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee the development of compliant and innovative window designs.
- Work closely with production, sales, and installation teams.
- Provide technical guidance on materials, standards, and regulations.
- Mentor and support junior designers.
- 10+ years’ experience in the window or fenestration industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of industry standards and materials.
- Proficient in CAD and relevant design software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
