Please note, this role is required for a duration of 12-months.

In this role, you will:

  • Be the digital hero for our customers by helping them with the transition to newer technologies. Lead digital transformation by championing our app, website, and other services in our Branches and at community events.
  • Handle digital support queries, update customer information and assist with self-service digital devices when needed.
  • Engage in continuous learning to develop your digital expertise.
  • Be the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and sharing valuable insights with management to improve our services.

With a demonstrated track record of advising customers on digital products, you help them navigate and use new tools effectively. Experience with the following will help you to stand out but is not necessary in order to apply for this role;

  • Hold QFA / APA qualification or be on the journey to achieving same.
