The Digital Health Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving and managing all stages of the sales cycle, from initial client engagement through to contract negotiation, milestone tracking, and resource coordination, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. As a Digital Health Sales Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in helping healthcare providers adopt cutting-edge digital solutions that improve outcomes and streamline care delivery. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for a commercially driven professional with a passion for digital transformation in healthcare.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage all Sales activities for our Digital Health solutions with key customers across the Island of Ireland, ensuring strong pipeline development and customer engagement
- Lead the coordination of healthcare solution proposals and contracts, progressing projects to the contracting phase before transitioning the projects to the Service Department for implementation. . (Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle for our digital health portfolio, from lead generation through to contract execution and handover to the Service team)
- Take full commercial ownership of sales targets and growth objectives, delivering against quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key supplier partners to support Sales initiatives and expand market opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical IT, Engineering, and Clinical Application teams throughout the Sales cycle, with a strong focus on pre-sales strategy, solution design, and contract negotiation.
Role Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales within Digital Healthcare or Healthcare Project environments, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels within healthcare organisations, including clinicians, executives, and procurement teams.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented sales professional with a strong drive to close deals and grow market share.
- Excellent planning and territory management skills, with the ability to prioritise opportunities and execute effective sales strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer-centric approach and the ability to influence decision-making.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is highly desirable. Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel to create impactful sales proposals, reports, and forecasts. Salesforce experience a bonus
- Solid understanding of IT systems and healthcare networks to support solution-based selling in complex environments. (Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles, including public tenders, framework agreements, and multi-stakeholder buying groups)
- Commercially astute with the ability to navigate and manage complex sales cycles and business opportunities.
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative sales environment.
