The Group’s Agribusiness Division operates a state-of-the-art Animal Feed Manufacturing Facility and is a leading and innovative provider of the highest quality feeds and agricultural inputs to dairy, beef, and sheep farmers across the north and south of Ireland.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Despatch Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all finished products are dispatched accurately and efficiently, in line with both customer expectations and company standards. You’ll play a key part in maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
· Dispatch all finished products from site in a timely and accurate manner.
· Always Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS).
· Ensure all products are correctly labelled and scanned into the system.
· Maintain compliance with food safety guidelines and customer standards.
· Keep your work area clean, tidy, and audit ready.
· Participate in training and development as required.
· Ensure compliance with the Company’s Data Protection Policy and relevant legislation.
· Take reasonable care of health and safety for yourself and others, complying with all relevant H&S regulations.
What We’re Looking For
· Previous experience in a despatch, warehouse, or logistics role (preferred but not essential).
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good communication and organisational skills.
· Willingness to learn and take part in ongoing training.
