The ideal candidate will be a calm, observant, diligent and highly focused individual with a passion for hospitality and security. They will strive to create a safe and hospitable atmosphere for all of our customers. You must be capable of working weekends and remain flexible.
Requirements:
You must have a valid and in-date 'Door Supervisor PSA License'
Alternatively, you must be in pursuit following training or renewal of license
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-shift checks before reporting to assigned post.
- Stay vigilant and observant at post, constantly monitoring customers for unusual behaviour.
- Loss Prevention: Anticipating and preventing incidents that may result in a loss for a patron or for the Company.
- Remaining vigilant supervising the patrons in your area.
- Constantly monitoring for drink spillages and working together with floor staff to clean any spillage in a timely manner, ensuring the safety of patrons and other staff members.
- Reporting all incidents and potential incidents to management.
- Writing up detailed incident reports after your shift of all potential incidents observed.
Key skills:
- Previous experience working as security personnel in a busy environment
- Incident Reporting
- Proven track record of dealing with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Ability to work both as a team player and alone
- Outgoing and friendly
- Excellent Presentation
- Fluent in English
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €15.70-€20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
