Location: Mullingar Golf Academy Position Type: Part-time / Full-time We're looking for a personable, dependable, and golf-loving individual to join our team! As a Driving Range Assistant (or Assistant Pro), you’ll help keep our practice facilities running smoothly, assist members and guests, and bring a welcoming energy to the range.Responsibilities:Greet and assist golfers with buckets, balls, and equipment.Maintain the range—collect, clean, and restock balls, tidy up bays and areas.Set up and maintain targets, mats, and alignment aids.Assist with basic instruction, clinics, or junior programs (if applicable).Support pro shop operations when needed.Provide exceptional customer service to all players.Requirements:Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.Reliable, punctual, and willing to work weekends or evenings.Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.Golf knowledge preferred (but we can teach the right candidate!).Perks:Free range use & staff golf privileges.Opportunities to assist with lessons and learn from our PGA professional.Staff discounts on equipment, apparel, and food & beverage.Fun, outdoor work environment with a great team.
