As we continue to grow we’re looking for an organised and detail-focused E-commerce & Inventory Assistant who shares our love of skincare.
About the Role
This role combines product administration, stock coordination and customer support. You’ll help keep our website accurate and up to date, manage stock information and supplier orders and ensure smooth communication between our team, warehouse and partners. You’ll also support customer service by responding to emails in a clear and professional manner.
If you’re highly organised, confident with spreadsheets and systems and genuinely interested in skincare this role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Website Updates
- Upload and maintain product listings on Shopify including pricing, imagery and descriptions
- Use Canva to create and adjust product graphics
- Support the marketing team with product launches
- Ensure products are correctly categorised and tagged for easy browsing
Inventory & Stock Coordination
- Track and update stock levels across systems
- Place and follow up on supplier orders
- Maintain supplier records, lead times and product details
- Liaise with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries and restocks
- Support forecasting for popular and seasonal products
Admin & Organisation
- Maintain accurate product, supplier and stock records
- Assist with reporting on inventory, sales and customer trends
- Keep internal systems and guides up to date
Customer Support
- Reply to customer emails via Microsoft Outlook in a clear friendly and professional tone
- Assist with queries on orders, returns and delivery updates
- Escalate issues internally and flag recurring questions
- Contribute to maintaining customer FAQs and help guides
What You’ll Need
- A genuine interest in skincare and beauty, product knowledge will be part of the job
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with proven Excel and Google Drive experience
- Excellent written communication skills with a natural approachable tone
- Previous experience with Shopify or Canva is a strong advantage
- Experience in e-commerce, inventory coordination or customer service preferred
