About the Role:
We’re currently looking for a caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as AIM Support Staff. This role involves working alongside our existing early years educators to ensure a supportive and inclusive setting for a child who requires additional assistance under the Access and Inclusion Model (AIM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support during daily activities and routines.
- Help implement a child-centred approach in line with the AIM model and ECCE curriculum.
- Work closely with the room leader and team to promote inclusion and independence.
- Communicate regularly with the team and, when appropriate, with parents or guardians.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with young children in an early years setting.
- A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs.
- Minimum Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent).
- Kind, flexible, and team-oriented personality.
- Garda Vetting will be required prior to starting.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €13.65-€16.28 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
