Part-Time Early Years Educator – Tullamore
Location: Grovelands Childcare, Tullamore
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm

Grovelands Childcare is currently recruiting a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our award-winning team in Tullamore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children’s health, welfare, and development
• Engage children in age-appropriate learning activities using the Aistear curriculum
• Observe, record, and assess each child's progress and development
• Communicate effectively with children, families, and team members
• Uphold Grovelands’ standards, policies, and procedures to maintain best practices in childcare

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A genuine passion and love for working with children
• A minimum Level 5 childcare qualification (as per DCEDIY recognised list); Level 7+ is an advantage
• At least 1 year of paid experience in a childcare setting
• Knowledge and experience working with Siolta, Aistear, and TUSLA regulations (2016)
• Additional certifications in First Aid, Manual Handling, and Food Safety (advantageous)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland (Sponsorship not available)

Pay: €14.00-€16.00 per hour
