Job Title: Electrical Chargehand (Evening Shift)
Location: Carlow
Shift: Evening Shift (Monday to Thursday from 4.30pm to 1.30am and Friday from 12.30pm to 5.30pm)
Pay: Competitive rates + 15% evening shift premium

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Chargehand to join our team on the evening shift.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Management on site of all subcontractors and direct personnel.
- Assistance with the planning of all resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors.
- Manage the day to day activities to meet with all project requirements and deadlines.
- Be aware of all milestone dates and ensure all on site activities are as per the produced schedule.
- Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Attend update meetings as required.
The successful candidate will have:
- Trade qualification.
- Previous experience in running a large team of electricians.
- Quality of workmanship.
- Performance driven and solution focused.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Ability to communicate professionally at all levels, internally and with customers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, MS Office & MS Teams.
