The role will involve the installation and maintenance of roadside equipment including traffic signals, driver feedback signs, zebra crossings, street lights, EV charge points etc. The successful candidate will be provided with full training and be responsible for ensuring all routine and reactive work is carried out in line with the contractual conditions, including out of hours on-call, representing the Company’s and Client's best interests at all times.
In order to fulfil the role successfully the following are some of the key skills and experience required:
- Electrical/Electronic NVQ or other equivalent formal qualification
- Excellent electrical/electronic knowledge including fault finding
- Excellent Customer facing skills with the ability to work in challenging environments and be able to establish long-term relationships with customers
- The ability to work alone as well as part of a team
- Organised, trustworthy and self-motivated
- Be competent in Microsoft Office
- Full Clean B driving license
