We are currently looking for motivated, experienced, and professional English language teachers to join our vibrant academic team. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire adult learners and foster a positive learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-structured and engaging English lessons to adult students.
- Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that promotes active participation and confidence.
- Provide clear and effective instruction in English grammar and language use.
- Contribute to ongoing academic workshops and professional development sessions.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic support staff to maintain a consistent and innovative learning experience.
Essential Requirements:
- A Level 7 qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications (or equivalent).
- An ACELS-accredited English language teaching certificate (e.g., CELTA, CELT, or Trinity TESOL).
- Eligibility to work in the EU.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
- A solid understanding of English grammar and the ability to explain it effectively.
- Professional, punctual, and well-organised.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Desirable:
- Previous experience teaching in a similar academic environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
Working Hours:
- Part-time: 15 hours per week
- Full-time: 30 hours per week
- Additional: Up to 2 hours/month for preparation time and workshops
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: €16.00-€20.00 per hour
