Join Equity Delta Team One as an Equity Analyst. You will work directly with experienced senior traders and analysts to help them identify risks and opportunities in equities markets that help deliver sustainable short and long-term success.
The Equity Analyst will work closely with trading teams to create and manage research that is relevant, accurate and available for teams to access and discuss as required.
What you'll be involved in:
- Undertaking research coverage for a particular sector, building in depth knowledge of each companies' investment thesis
- Conducting deep-dive fundamental research on assigned companies including identifying key company catalysts and modelling the likely outcomes
- Track news, earnings, and events that impact covered companies or sectors
- Building & maintaining datasets & models to analyse company trends
- Building an understanding of in real time trading and what drives markets
- Finding new ways to improve current processes and develop creative solutions that are grounded in reality and have practical value
What we need from you:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships, while communicating what is relevant and important in a clear and concise manner
- A genuine interest in equities markets and options trading with a desire to broaden skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification
- Front office experience within equity markets and in particular US markets is advantageous but not a prerequisite
