We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to work into a summer festival team on the planning, coordination, and execution of a major festivals in Ireland. The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with a passion for events, good with managing people and a keen eye for detail.

We offer our clients a full range of live marketing activation tools, to effectively engage directly with their customers. Breaking down campaigns to their simplest – or rawest – form, allowing us to pinpoint marketing strategies to their target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all logistics of the festival, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, performers, staff and other stakeholders to secure necessary services, equipment, and permits.
- Develop and manage event timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial targets.
- Supervise on-site event staff, volunteers, and contractors, providing direction and support to ensure the event runs seamlessly.
- Manage relationships with sponsors and partners, ensuring that their needs and objectives are met throughout the event.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the planning phase and on the day of the event, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback, assess success, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing large-scale events, preferably in festivals, holiday markets, or community events.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple elements of an event simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Dublin's event regulations, permitting processes, and vendor landscape is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: €28,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
