Sale Administration
- Monitor the company’s sales/enquiry management system and provide sales administration support to the sales team.
- Maintain all pricelists and shared areas for team collaboration
- Attendance at all weekly sales meetings, document and follow up on all actions arising
- Overall responsibility for event management for the company covering detailed planning and attendance at county shows, open days/evenings and product launch events.
Digital Marketing and E-Commerce
- Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy for the company to drive brand awareness and meet business objectives.
- Develop and manage the company website, ecommerce platform, advertising sites and social media channels.
- Create engaging content for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube and others as necessary.
- Monitor and engage with our social media audience in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry news and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and trends
Finance KPI and Project Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance metrics; monitor and report on progress across all departments.
- Project management of a number of key performance improvement projects across the business.
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Ability to self-motivate, self-starter, customer focused and work independently,
- Formal qualification in Finance, Marketing, Communications Media Digital Marketing is desirable but not essential, educational support available to the right candidate
- Outgoing, personable and driven in nature.
- In-depth knowledge & application of digital & marketing techniques and concepts.
- A proven track record in a similar role or environment.
- Be a team player, have an abundance of initiative.
