The Fairview Boutique Hotel – Killarney Town Centre
The Fairview Boutique Hotel, centrally located in the heart of Killarney, is currently recruiting an Accommodation/Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This full-time position offers daytime hours, ideal for someone seeking a well-balanced work schedule in a professional hospitality setting.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual with experience in the hospitality sector, who takes pride in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and quality standards in a 4-star hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the cleaning and servicing of hotel rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to a consistent and high standard
- Monitor cleanliness across guest rooms, public spaces, and storage areas
- Conduct inventory checks of linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues promptly
- Support and guide the housekeeping team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Carry out other duties as assigned by management
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English
- Previous experience in housekeeping or accommodation roles is essential
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to lead a team and work independently when needed
- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel environment is a distinct advantage
