Due to our continued expansion, Kevin Burke Tyres is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Artic Truck Driver to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Artic and/or Rigid trucks safely and efficiently to various locations across Ireland.
- Load and unload goods – some physical work involved.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks, maintain cleanliness, and ensure the truck is in good working condition.
- Carry out all required vehicle safety inspections, including load strapping and security.
- Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork as required.
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner with customers.
Requirements:
- A full, clean Driving License (Category C and/or CE).
- Valid CPC card with all modules up to date.
- Digital tachograph card.
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience driving Artic or Rigid trucks.
- Flexibility with working hours – overnight stays may be required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to loading/unloading.
- Good level of spoken and written English.
