We are currently seeking an experienced bartender to join our team at our family-run 4-star country house hotel in Castle Durrow.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment where we host a wide range of events, from weddings and corporate functions to daily bar and restaurant service for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work closely with the team during events and busy service periods

- Previous bartending experience is essential
- A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team
