The Ravenport Resort in Curracloe, Co Wexford are currently recruiting for Experienced Food & Beverage Assistants
Responsibilities:
- To greet and serve the guest in accordance with Resort standards of food and beverage quality and in a gracious and professional manner.
- Display excellent hospitality through positive personality with both guest and co-workers.
- Take pride in all facets of service, to include quality, appearance, cleanliness, for self and the food & beverage outlet.
- Take responsibility for both opening and closing the outlet.
- Clear, concise communication with the kitchen team.
- Responsible service of alcohol
Job Specific:
- To provide excellent customer service.
- Work as part of a team.
- Follow safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Honour all work-related requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Do all necessary opening and closing duties.
- Be knowledgeable of both food and beverage menu items, their garnish, contents and preparation methods.
- Be able to operate the point of sale equipment.
- The ideal candidate will have previous or similar experience in a 4-5* property
- Strong communication skills are essential.
Please note this role includes weekday and weekend work.
