McSorley’s of Ranelagh is a vibrant and welcoming bar known for its lively atmosphere, quality food, and excellent customer service. We're currently seeking Experienced Floor Staff to join our front-of-house team and help maintain the high standards our customers expect.
Role Overview:
As a member of our floor staff, you’ll be the face of McSorley’s—providing friendly, efficient, and attentive service to our guests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Deliver food and beverages with attention to detail and timing
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
- Handle customer queries and complaints with a positive attitude
- Work closely with bar and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of floor/bar or hospitality experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
