Key Responsibilities for Store (but not exhaustive):
- Provide a fast friendly, professional and enthusiastic level of customer service.
- Prepare and assist with shift handover preparation.
- Undertake responsible honourable cash handling.
- Set up / replenish stock on shelves and merchandising the Store
- Ensure the regular and systematic cleaning and maintenance of the equipment and areas of the Store.
- To monitor and deliver the HACCP programme for the Store to ensure effective standards in line with hygiene and quality regulations.
- Work as part of the team to provide the highest standard of presentation and service.
- To always adhere to training, specifications, standards, procedures & policies while at work and when representing the organisation.
Requirements. Education, Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in a similar environment for store position.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar environment for Deli position.
- Fluent spoken & written English
- A professional enthusiastic and polite manner is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to work 7 days & early/late across Monday to Sunday.
- Organised, excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Hard-working enthusiastic and flexible, with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative.
This role is transferrable to different departments within the store and the organisation, based on business requirements.
