Casey's Hotel is seeking energetic staff to join our wonderful kitchen team. There are currently multiple positions available and these are greatly suited to experienced pupils.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Daily kitchen preparation & set up
- Assisting chef with food preparation
- Packing away of deliveries
- Empty of bins
- Regular cleaning tasks
- Wash up/dishwashing duties
- Daily kitchen pack up/deep cleaning (mopping of floors etc.)
- Assisting chef with cooking when required.
- Plating food
Ideal candidate:
- Will display high levels of self initiative
- Previous experience in a fast paced kitchen
- Energetic
- Have the ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn
- Exceptional communication and listening skills
