The role is as an Experienced Service Advisor at our Raheen, Limerick location and the ideal candidate will have previous professional experience and wishes to be part of a team driven to provide excellent customer service to clients.
Key duties and responsibilities to include:
- Customer facing role dealing with all aspects of a busy aftersales department
- Efficiently process high volumes of telephone enquiries
- Accurately record and input customer correspondence into Databases
- Organise the logistics around service requirements
- Deal with any issues and communications within the agreed policy and guidelines
- Direct queries or potential sales to the correct department, if required
- Undertake any ad hoc duties which may be required from time to time
Candidate requirements:
- Experience in the motor industry
- Will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and results-orientated
- An outgoing and friendly manner is essential
- Will have excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Have the ability to work under time pressure and meet agreed deadlines
- Be computer literate with excellent organisational skills
