Experienced Signage Installer
Location: Primarily site-based (nationwide travel may be required)
Reports to: Project Manager / Operations Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced signage installer who takes pride in high-quality execution, leads by example, and can represent Wayfinders professionally on site.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in signage, construction, fit-out, or similar installation roles (wayfinding/signage experience preferred).
- Lead the on-site installation of signage and wayfinding systems according to approved plans, specifications, and site conditions.
- Good communication skills – able to deal confidently with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Act as the main point of contact on-site for clients, contractors, and suppliers. Report daily progress, issues, and changes to the Operations Manager Identify and resolve unforeseen installation challenges with minimal disruption, escalating major issues appropriately.
- Ability to take direction well, interpret the brief, while at the same time, applying your own experience to projects for the highest standard of finish.
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment. Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures and regulations. Conduct final checks, snagging, and client walk-throughs to confirm installation completion and client satisfaction.
- Full Clean Irish Drivers Licence.
- Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and MEWP/Working at Heights certifications (or willingness to obtain).
