The Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and confident waiter with a strong knowledge of both steak and wine to join our dynamic front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will bring a warm presence, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to guide guests through our menu with ease and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable service to guests in a fast-paced environment
- Offer expert recommendations on cuts, cooking preferences, and wine pairings
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints with grace and efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar restaurant
- Strong understanding of steak cuts, cooking methods, and wine varietals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and stay organised
- A genuine passion for hospitality
- Wine certification a plus, but not required
