Job Title: Welder Fabricator (Evening Shift)
Location: Carlow
Shift: Evening Shift (Mon-Thurs, 4.30pm to 1.30am, Friday, 12.30pm to 5.30pm)
Pay: Hourly rate + 15% evening shift premium

Essential duties and responsibilities
- Work off the production schedule
- Read, interpret and follow basic diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, weld symbols, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately create equipment and products
- Ensure all required materials and tools are at your work station at the start of each day
- Accurately complete job by time specified in the plan
- Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards
- Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
- Prioritize work flow through effective communication with management
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualification requirements
- Welding Qualification required
- Ability to read drawings and follow directions
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- Ability to think on their feet and problem solve
- High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
- Work in a team environment and respect all teammates
- Must be able to communicate well in the English language
