RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the upkeep of the site and facilities.
- Help implement the maintenance regime for Facility services.
- Supervising contractors.
- Work with contractors and enhance relationships.
- Raise Purchase Requisitions for ongoing Facilities services, projects and contracts.
- Compile Asset Registers.
- Service and monitor Facilities requests.
- Keep compliance records up to date.
- Complete EHS corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Help maintain and improve Office space standards including people moves.
- Maintain Utilities records.
- Any other duties considered necessary to meet the needs of the business.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Some form of higher education
- Experience of customer focused response services.
- Have had responsibility of coordination of works.
- Skilled in trade related works.
- Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office
