Overview
As the Facilities Manager, you will lead the facilities function for the region, overseeing outsourced contracts and all aspects of facilities management across our offices. You will work closely with the Head of UK Facilities Management to provide strategic oversight and ensure seamless integration of services that support our core business functions.
How you'll make an impact
- Lead and inspire a team to manage and optimize the performance of regional offices.
- Develop strong relationships across support functions and build effective communication links internally.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, codes of practice, and regulations related to facilities management.
- Promote the Facilities department within the company to enhance service delivery and implement necessary changes based on feedback.
- Monitor Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators for outsourced contracts, ensuring commercial viability.
- Assist in managing the annual budget for facilities, tracking expenditures, and planning for future financial needs.
- Support projects related to mergers, acquisitions, relocations, and improvements.
- Uphold the company's Health & Safety policy, ensuring legislative requirements are met.
About You
- Management experience in facilities management within a professional services environment.
- Proven track record in managing outsourced contracts and implementing service agreements.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand business needs.
- Experience in setting and managing multi-million-pound budgets.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
