Toons Bridge Dairy is looking for a full time experienced farm manager to manage our herd of dairy water buffalo that produce milk fro our dairy.
There is good modern accomodation 5 minutes drive from the farm. There is a basic farm vehicle available.
The farm is fully reseeded and well fenced with very good handling facilities and we are milking/calving through out the year.
There are very capable local part time employees already in situ to help and give time off etc..
The average hours in a 4 month period will be 48 hours per week. The total number of buffalo milked through out the year will not exceed 100. Currently it is around 65.
The candidate must have;
- Good management skills.
- Machinery knowledge.
- Work well with a team.
- Very clean.
- Grassland management and Irish farm experience.
- Good English.
- Good Animal Husbandry and milking experience.

Pay: €40,000.00-€53,248.58 per year
