Merchandiser

Phloor Limited is one of Ireland’s leading flooring wholesalers. We are currently seeking a Merchandiser to join our team, based out of our headquarters in Park West, Dublin 12. This is a full-time, permanent role with merchandising duties.
About the Role: The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales team by:
- Assembling and preparing flooring samples and displays
- Delivering and installing sampling and merchandising materials to retail customers across Ireland (North & South)
- Maintaining sample stock levels and displays in stores nationwide
Ivernight stays and early starts/late finishes are part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Merchandising:
- Assembling sample materials and displays
- Coordinating delivery and installation of sample displays at customer sites
- Maintaining in-store merchandising standards and sample stock
- Supporting the sales team with merchandising requirements nationwide
- Loading and unloading goods manually
- Overnight stays (typically once per week, but may vary)
Requirements:
- Valid Digi Card
- Up-to-date CPC Card
- Clean driving licence
- Manual Handling Certificate (Forklift Licence is an advantage but not essential — training provided)
- Experience with tail-lift operations is an advantage
- Physically fit – role involves manual handling of flooring materials
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Valid C Licence is an advantage
- Right to work in Ireland
Terms:

Salary: Starting from €35,000 per year (salary will depend on experience)
