The role will require the person to:
- Attend customer sites throughout the country
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients
- Provide a high standard of customer service, quality and performance to end-users on customer sites
- Update Autotask tickets with full details of actions taken while on site and resolution
- On Call one week in four
Requirements:
- Full clean Irish driver's license
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of PC’s and Windows Operating Systems
- Hands on experience of server and networking hardware
