Role responsibilities;
- Coordinates project activities including managing schedules, meeting management, meeting minute-taking.
- Assist with project planning and track projects.
- Using time management skills to help the team stay on track.
- Assisting and advising team members on procedures, recording, reporting and review requirements.
- Producing project summary reports and coordinating the preparation of all reports.
- Support the business to ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
- Offer suggestions to improve efficiencies.
- Maintain compliance regulations.
- Be open to changes in projects and able to respond in a quick and dynamic manner.
- Maintain documentation, procedures & policies.
- Build a rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Manage expectations with all stakeholders.
- Ensure the effective flow of communication and information.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Facilitate meetings to plan and review project results, successes and challenges.
- Constructively challenge the organization to reanalyse assumptions and approach things in new ways.
- Take ownership of tasks assigned to you from initiating to closing.
Requirements
- Organisational skills with the ability to own, prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects.
- The ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment with a strong understanding of when to escalate urgent issues.
- Exceptional presentation, communication and time management skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Driven, analytical and structured.
- Experience with all Microsoft Office applications is essential.
